Special recognition to Allderdice head coach, Mike Shaw, & assistant coach, James Flint

It is worth pointing out that without the continued dedication, guidance and mentorship from the Allderdice coaches, it is very likely that the team wouldn't have repeated their championship campaign. Keep in mind, Allderdice graduated about 7-8 starters that were strong, impact wrestlers from last season. This season, DIce had to fill many of these vacant spots with 8-9 first year wrestlers - many of whom are freshmen/sophmores. The coaches provide the opportunity for 30+ matches/season in addition to consistent, focused practices (even facilitating transportation, when needed).

This is a true case where the success of the team can be attributed, in large part, to the coaching. Great job!
