Why would they allow two basketball editors to vote?

Fabulous news, this is the topping on an already amazing season and career for Kyle. I could not imagine that it wasn't Kyle all the way, but no matter in my mind, he's THE best this year!

Still, it is nice to have the public recognition from far beyond Cuyuga's Waters! 8)

Congratulations to Kyle. Although there a few others that could have won in normal years, as some one said earlier, "if Kyle doesn't win the Hodge this season they should stop awarding it."

Is the normal restaurant big enough for the banquet, now that the Hodge will awarded to Kyle there? Although as I think about it, he is getting used to large crowds. :D

Congratulations to Mr. Kyle Dake. Well deserved.

Funny thing though, I'm not as pumped about this as I expected. Seems like the excitement over the four titles has made me realize that, while winning the Hodge is cool, it isn't anywhere near the level of accomplishment of what Kyle just did. Didn't feel that way before he got number four. But my reaction after his win at NCAAs was deep down and really strong. Made me realize how hard I was pulling for him. How big the win was.

2013 is a pretty huge year in Kyle's life. Hope he is enjoying his time to shine as brightly as he is.

...the 4 titles definitely overshadows the Hodge.

..the Hodge is less than 20 yrs old while winning 4 titles at 4 different weight classes is immortal.
