Why in the world does a guy with a first name like Yianni need a nickname?

Reminds me of when Joe Montana first signed with the 49ers and the team held a nickname contest. One fan wrote in that Montana didn't need a nickname, he needed a regular name and suggested (if I remember right) Edward W. Gibson. Joe liked it and actually had it posted over his locker for awhile.

Maybe Cornell fans should call Yianni something like Charles T. Miller. Anything but Russo ..... they already have plenty of those.

Went back to try to find it and couldn't... If you're a member, maybe you can find it in the chaos. One of the reasons I don't do flo.

Thanks for checking. I couldn't find it, and I'm a member (at least for this month!).

@klehner That's the interview I meant. Either it was a link from flo or I just mis-remembered where I saw it.

"Also, the coaches here are awesome I’ve gotten so much better since I got here compared to how I was in high school"

How scary is that?
