Kansas City, MO- The St. Andrews University wrestling team found themselves ranked 6th out of 10 schools in the East Region with five ranked individual grapplers when the NAIA released their rankings on Wednesday afternoon.

St. Andrews is led by junior returning national qualifier Isaac King (JR/Los Angeles, CA) (149 lbs.) who is ranked 14th in the nation and third in the East Region with his 8-3 record this season. King placed 4th in the region a year ago at 165 lbs. but has since moved down two weights.

Lightweights Tyran Taylor (JR/Petersburg, VA) (133) and Dashon Eure (SR/Virginia Beach, VA) (141) are also each ranked 5th in their weights in the region while upper weights Jared Key (SR/Fayetteville, NC) (197) and Devin Washington (JR/Williamsburg, VA) (HWT) are each ranked 6th in their weights as well.

Taylor is coming off upsetting the 12th ranked national wrestler from Campbellsville (Ky.) while the other three are coming off quality performances from earlier this year while Washington went 2-2 at last year's East Qualifier as he works himself back from an early season injury.

The Knights are now off until December 5th when they will host NAIA foes Brewton-Parker College and Allen University.
