The Seton Hill Wrestling program has announced four early signings including, Billy Bowlen, Stone Kepple, Damon Greenwald, and Zach Recklein. "I am very pleased with the early recruiting class. Billy is currently 107-28 entering his senior season. He is a two time state qualifier, finishing sixth in 2015. Coach Tucker on Billy:
"Billy is a very humble kid. He has a great work ethic and is able to compete at a very high level. We look for him to finish off a great high school career and to make an impact with us next season."

Stone Kepple comes to Seton Hill from Derry Area. Stone enters his senior season with a record of 102-34. He is a two time state qualifier. He placed at the prestigious Powerade Tournament and is a sectional Champion. He projects to compete at the 141/149 pound weight classes and plans to major in education.

Coach Tucker on Stone:
"Stone wanted to come to Seton Hill from the day he stepped on campus. He is a great fit for us and shows how locally we have grown into a program that kids want to be involved with. I am very excited for him to come into the program and watch him grow as a wrestler."

The third early signee is Damon Greenwald. Damon is a local recruit from AA powerhouse Burrell High School in Westmoreland County. Damon is currently 88 – 41 entering his senior season. He finished 7th in the state last season. He is a two time sectional Champion and a three time regional qualifier. While on the Burrell wrestling team they have won three WPIAL Team Championships. Damon supports a 3.9 GPA and is projected at 157 pounds.

Coach Tucker on Damon:
"Damon is a very mature kid. He has set high goals and isn't afraid to put in the work to achieve them. He will be a huge asset to the program and it is nice to attract him from a local powerhouse program."

Zach Recklein is the last early signer joining the Griffins from Franklin Regional High School. Zach was an integral part of the Franklin team that won back to back State Championships. He is a sectional place winner and plans to compete at 149/ 157-pound weight classes and major in exercise science.

Coach Tucker on Zach:
"Zach is a great kid. His personality fits well with the guys on the team as well as his work ethic. He has put in a lot of time in the off season with his high school team and local clubs and we expect he will have a great senior season, which will propel him into his time as a Griffin."
