AND just Googled Chattanoga's time zone... EST was stated.

So did I, ms64... his knee was taped up, and was walking tentatively.

>>>>>>>>>>Classic meat grinder match:

Jake's UNI opponent comes onto the mat with a heavily bandaged leg and Jake exits the match limping.

Plenty of wrestling still to come, incl a few interesting Lehigh-Navy matchups.

It's a great time to be a Lehigh wrestling fan.

Offhand, that doesn't seem right. The mat assignments are up. It appears they have qtrs on 1-4 and cons on 5-8. They wouldn't be able to run a second round of cons tonight until after the qtrs and that would give different rest to the qtr loser and the cons winner.

Wrestling resumes at 7:30. No consolations at 5:45. If you look at tomorrow’s consy schedule, it is R5, QF, SF, medals bouts. A single round of consolations tonight will get us to that point.

Anybody know anything about the Air Force guy who beat Parker? Intermat does not have him ranked at 133 or 141.

**** Wondering if Resnick will have to take on Brasil 66 in addition to Sergio Mendez? I know that was extremely bad, but I could not resist.

McCutcheon isn’t HEW; he’s injured... two cuts within 10 days was soon for Kent so they pulled him before weighing; he’ll slow pace and keep at it; Wilkes was first time down since frosh fall semester

I’m here and unsure of Jake’s diagnosis so best if we hold off on speculation; he’ll continue as long as he can

Tourney is important but not the end of the world

There's not much. He's a junior who went to AF Prep, so he's four years out of HS. Won a TX state title as a HS senior, won a NCWA title at AF Prep, went 4-4 as a frosh at the AFA, missed most of last year (2-1, 2nd at the Cowboy Open). Others posted that he looked like a 141 pounder.

He didn't look bigger than SP to me. SP is plenty big for 133. And SP didn't appear gassed to me. The AFA kid just outwrestled him. He was quicker and made the right moves at the right time.

Agree. When SP had the restart w about 15 sec to go, I thought he needed the ESC to win rather than having to go SV.

Resnick was in it... let the match get away from him.
Missed opportunity.
Oh well.
